Sales Account Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Description

Stag Arms has specialized in the development of left-handed AR15 rifles since it was first founded in 2003. The company aims to provide all shooters with a superior quality rifle at competitive price points, while driving home lifetime value with the Lifetime Transferable Warranty and Infinite Shot Barrel Guarantee. With that in mind we are looking for experienced Sales Account Executives to promote our brand, support our customers and increase national sales profits.

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing strategic relationships with our customers and building the customer base. The account executive is responsible for revenue growth and is expected to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
  • Manage sales of products and equipment to current and potential clients.
  • Accountable to meet or exceed established sales goals for designated territory as defined by Sales Manager.
  • Administer and report sales leads per company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver product presentations to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Time, Task and Opportunity management.
  • Participate in product knowledge training, presentations, application training and product demonstrations.

Required Abilities & Experience

  • Competitive and driven personality
  • Previous Sales Experience: 2 years preferred, 6 months minimum
  • Ability to demonstrate decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills to diplomatically and professionally resolve customer issues
  • Polished speaker and experienced presenter
  • Tech savvy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • The position will be paid base plus commission.

Lead Generation Specialist

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Description

Stag Arms is searching for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.

Using a lead list, this high energy professional will make outbound calls to new dealers to introduce Stag products and set follow-up sales appointments for the Territory Development Representatives within our CRM system.

Requirements & Experience

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Firearms knowledge preferred, but not required.
  • Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Writes simple correspondence; Presents information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
  • Demonstrates decision making, brand-value building, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker and proven excellence in planning and delivery.

Required Abilities

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional personal presentation.
  • Accountable to meet or exceed established sales goals for designated territory as defined by Sales Manager.

Inventory Specialist

Reports to: Purchasing Manager

Job Description

Stag Arms is searching for an Inventory Specialist to maintain records of all warehouse inventory, produce inventory reports for the Purchasing Manager on a regular basis, ensure that sales records and inventory reports match up, and keep all stock organized and replenished as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Count all store products and supplies.
  • Analyze sales records and compares them to physical inventory.
  • Report any discrepancies to manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory storage area.
  • Place orders for new supplies.
  • Locate and remove expired or defective merchandise from the inventory storage area.
  • Pack up defective items for return, creates shipping labels, and mails items.
  • Work with Purchasing Manager to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible theft or "shrink".
  • Assist shipping department when necessary.
  • Accept and sign for warehouse deliveries.
  • Unload deliveries and stores them appropriately in the storage area.
  • Adjust inventory reports to account for new deliveries.
  • Ensure that all stock in the storage area is organized, properly stored, and in good condition.

Required Abilities & Experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of inventory software.
  • Ability to learn and maintain specific knowledge of company's range of products and services.
  • Ability to interpret and explain inventory and sales reports.
  • Ability to physically move inventory as needed to unload and restock supplies.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices.
  • Keen eye for organization.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Warehouse experience a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Customer Service Lead

Job Description

Stag Arms is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The CSR is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Stag Arms. They also assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Sell products and services when presented the opportunity.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  • Work with customer service lead and/or sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Required Abilities & Experience

  • Shooting experience and knowledge of firearms required.
  • The ability to consistently hit individual, team, and company goals.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office in a working environment.
