Creative Marketing Specialist

Stag Arms is a respected name in the AR platform market and has undergone an incredible amount of change in the last 6 months including new leadership in all departments and a new home in Cheyenne Wyoming.

As the Stag Arms Creative Marketing specialist, you will be wearing more than one hat. We’ll need your expertise from cradle to grave on ideation, filming, photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok(??), and other stuff we might not even know of yet.

We are looking for a teammate that thinks independently to accomplish an assigned task, can lead a project from start to finish, is not afraid to ask questions and has a fun personality to match.

Bonus points awarded if you:

  • Have HTML experience
  • Have CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc..)
  • Have an interest in firearms and/or want to learn
  • Have seen at least one season of Longmire

JOB DESCRIPTION (That stuff HR needs to have listed here)

  • Design all content to support the Stag Arms brand identity (online ads, print ads, landing pages, brochures, videos, emails etc.)
  • Responsible for creating and editing web, social, and ecommerce related content.
  • Product and lifestyle photography and image editing for all channels
  • Responsible for ensuring all customer-facing material is implemented correctly, consistently and efficiently
  • Assist in identifying, developing, executing and evaluating the marketing strategy
  • Study marketplace and competing brands, products and services
  • Identify target market segments and develop strategies to communicate with them

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design and web content management experience
  • An eye for creating unique and engaging photography
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, web-page construction, web usability best practices/standards
  • A passion for design and digital technologies with a strong artistic expression and style
  • An inquiring mind that brings new ideas and new thinking to the organization
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail
  • Adept at learning and applying new technologies
  • Infrequently requires after-hours and/or weekend commitment
  • Willing to travel for trade shows & events

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Hubspot, Hootsuite or other CRM/Marketing Software experience a plus but not required
  • Big Commerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, or any other Ecommerce experience a plus but not required.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

Magento Front End Developer

Stag Arms is ready to expand and bring the world or technology to the firearms industry. We’re looking for a Rockstar Magento Front End developer to help us bring mind blowing experiences to our different segments of customers. In this position you’ll be hands on, working right in the weeds from concept to completion of a brand-new website re-platforming project. This is a unique opportunity as we’d like to sidecar you with our world class leading development partner for you to learn and become the SME for our website. You’ll be the sponge that will take the knowledge you gain from this experience and help propel us into the next 5 years of our business by creating these exceptional experiences.

This position will collaborate with multiple team members and will report to the Ecommerce Operations Manager.

As the ideal candidate, you will be detail oriented, highly experienced with handling mid to large sized projects, and has fantastic communication skills. You also have mastered the implementation and use of modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the software development life cycle.

Required Skills*

IT Specialist

The Opportunity. The Information Technology team provides essential internal-facing support to the local site in addition to several remote US locations. The IT Specialist is responsible for the upkeep, administration, and support of a vast array of business-critical cloud and on-premises services in a dynamic, growing business.

The Job. Provide fast, quality on-site and remote application and technical support. Utilize a ticketing system to interact with clients and track issues to resolution. Participate in incident response activities to hardware or software service outage or security events. Build up internal technical knowledge documentation. Administer identity access management. Assist in supporting major projects such as systems migrations. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills; possess a service-oriented demeanor with a passion for excellence. Independently follow standard operating procedures including system health assessment, access control auditing and reporting.

Requirements:

· B.S. Computer Science or related field

· 4+ years’ experience in IT Service Desk capacity

· Experience with Vonage or other VOIP systems

· Experience with QuickBooks desktop or enterprise

· Configuring all physical systems and user accounts for new employees

· Managing IT inventory and planning for life cycle replacement of systems

· Cloud systems administration experience e.g. cloud security platforms

· Strong drive to expand skillsets, work with new technologies and automate tedious processes

· Ability to perform fast context-switching and multitasking in a highly dynamic environment

· Experience supporting or administering Active Directory and Office 365

Technical Customer Service Representative Manager

The Opportunity. The Technical Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting our customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service complications via phone and email.

The Job. The Technical Customer Service Manager has detailed knowledge and (preferably) experience with the AR15 and AR10 platforms. They will assist potential customers by answering product and service questions, including warranties and terms of sales. Additionally, the Technical CSR creates and upgrades customer accounts by recording essential information as well as maintaining customer records by updating information as needed. The Technical CSR resolves product and/or service problems by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements
