This is my second purchase of this item from Stag Arms and I am impressed at the precision and quality of their products. I would definitely recommend their products to my friends. I had no issues with threading the barrel or connecting it to the lower assy. I also purchased their BCG and it fits perfectly.
Great upper tolerances were great mating with Silencer-Co Ambi Lower. The only drag is the ejection port cover flipping up instead of down, however, to me its not a big deal. The cover doesnt hit that hard and I was able to cut a small piece of grip tape to keep it from maring the upper or scope. I order for the company to change this would cause the price of this to most likely double since the could have to change around a lot to get it to work properly. Stagg walks on water to me as they are one of the few companies that is consistently having in stock lefty AR parts! I had to shoot a righty M16A2 all my 6years in the Marines which was doable but much more enjoyable experience shooting lefty. Decades later I was able to build the left AR15 of my dreams.
