E-Commerce Manager (Cheyenne, WY)


  • Responsible for managing content via a Content Management System (CMS), including product listings, landing pages and blog posts
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting
  • Responsible for ensuring all customer-facing content is implemented correctly and efficiently
  • Oversee the online customer experience and act as the main point of contact for all related issues
  • Coordinate projects in relation to website development, online sales and marketing

Product Offerings

  • Create and manage daily, weekly or seasonal deals to support retail and dealer sales.

The Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or marketing and minimum 5-years industry work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade content management systems, ability to execute light HTML and CSS coding. Experience with Magento desirable.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, webpage construction, web usability best practices/standards
  • Strong project management and execution skills with unfailing attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate professionally both internally and externally.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Experience with Magento is a plus

Staff Accountant (Tacoma, WA)

The Opportunity. The Staff Accountant will take lead on daily transaction and reporting functions in A/R and A/P and assist in month-end close process and financial statement preparation.

The Job. A/R responsibilities to include customer billing and reconciliation of shipped orders, posting receipts to customer accounts, collection of past due balances, discrepancy reconciliation on customer accounts, etc. A/P responsibilities to include obtaining timely approval of all vendor invoices, posting invoices to vendor account, processing AP checks, discrepancy reconciliation of vendor accounts, etc. Month-end responsibilities to include monthly reconciliation of selected GL Accounts. Additional tasks may include preparation and filing of tax returns and various other supporting tasks as requested by the Controller.

The Requirements

· Knowledge of GAAP

· Knowledge of A/R, A/P, and month end closing processes

· Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Quickbooks, Magento, Avalara)

· Proficient in data entry and management

· 1-3 years Accounts Receivable experience

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Problem-solving skills

· Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Strong technical aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
