Team Stag Arms' Jesse Tischauser was crowned victorious at the end of the 2013 season by claiming the South Eastern 3-Gun Championship top title. Previously known as the Fort Benning 3-Gun Challenge, the South Eastern 3-Gun Championship was held at The Legion Operator Training Group in Blakely, Georgia. After a two year break, the event was rekindled by both retired and current Army Marksmanship Unit members.
Team Stag Arms competitor Jesse Tischauser took center stage this past weekend at the 3-Gun Nation Pro Series Tour held in Owasso, Oklahoma. He clinched the first ever Stage 6 finale “shoot-off”, walking away with a $5,000 grand prize from match sponsor STAG ARMS.
Tischauser placed 10th overall in the Men’s Division of the event, qualifying for the Stage 6 finale “shoot-off”. A new format for 2014, the competitors' overall scores were zeroed out and each shooter was given one run to claim the grand prize. I was the only shooter in the nation to stay in the Top 5 at all 3 Major Matches in ultra competitive Tactical Optics Division. The first match was in New Mexico at the famous NRA Whittington Center.
The Rocky Mountain 3 Gun Championship tests the shooter's long range rifle prowess with targets as far as 600 yards away. I was able to maintain a Top 5 finish after suffering a rough start.

Team Stag Arms’ Kalani Laker and Jesse Tischauser fought through the wind, rain, and over 225 competitors in the Tactical Optics Division this past weekend to finish 3rd and 6th respectively at the Fallen Brethren 3-Gun Championship held at the Spartan Tactical complex in Jacksboro, TX.
Laker posted a blazing fast stage win on the last stage of the match securing his spot in the top three. Team Stag Arms member Jesse Tischauser put together his best finish of the season by breaking into the Top Five in the Tactical Optics division this past weekend at the 2013 FNH 3-Gun Championship at the Peacemaker National Training Center in Glengary, WV.

Former Army Staff Sergeant and current Team Stag Arms member, Jesse Tischauser took the overall win shooting out of the equipment restrictive Law Enforcement/Military Division at the 2013 US Carbine Association (USCA) National Championship on November 15-16th, 2013.
Tischauser posted the lowest overall match time, 252.47 seconds, with only 10 seconds in penalty points to win the LEO/MIL Division by over 29 seconds. The overall match was decided by much less. Only 5.36 seconds separated Tischauser from the top shooter out of the very competitive Open division.

This past weekend at the 2nd annual Walking Dead Multi Gun Night Match in Cresson, TX was no different. “This year’s match was even bigger and better than in 2012. The match went from a 2 gun rifle/pistol affair to a full throttle seven stage 3-gun championship in 2013. With over 150 competitors in attendance, match director Jeff Chase has turned his match into the largest night match in the country.

Laker bested the field of 150 plus Saturday night grabbing the overall match victory. “I think I am getting the hang of this shooting in the dark thing,” Laker chuckled. “It is so much harder than shooting during the day but it’s also so much more fun too.
