The military style A2 carry handle attaches to the picatinny rails on top of an A3 flat top upper receiver. Integrated into the carry handle is a dual aperture sight with 1/2MOA windage adjustments. The attachment bolts for the handle are on the opposite side to accommodate the left hand dust cover door flipping up instead of down.
