To order complete rifles and/or lower receivers,
you must be a licensed FFL dealer.

Shipping Shipping: Stag Arms has chosen UPS to be their exclusive shipping company. All in stock orders will be promptly shipped via UPS for fast delivery. If your UPS package arrives damaged, you must notify UPS immediately to report any damages and initiate a claim. Please select insurance if you would like the package insured. There are no refunds if the package is lost, so insurance is recommended. Upon request, a tracking number will be provided for your order. Please remember that if we ship to a P. O. Box the UPS package will be left at a designated drop off site. We ask that you keep in mind that quoted shipping charges are only estimates and are subject to change. ReturnsReturns: All custom work completed by Stag Arms is considered a final sale. All unused unopened products may be returned within 30 days. A restocking fee of 15 % will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns must be approved in advance by calling 860.229.9994 and speaking with a technical representative. If a manufacturing defect or workmanship error is present, please contact Stag Arms to discuss having the item repaired or replaced. |
